Hotel's adjacent to main attractions like charles bridge. The rooms include a work desk and a chair which was a bonus point. We would recommend the property for every one as its location was excellent! You won't be disappointed if you stay in Prague 04 district.

We appreciated location and the food here. Breakfast options were tasty
-
The hotel was next to Vysehrad Metro. Breakfast was good and the team was friendly. U Kroka, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Vysehrad subway station was within short walking distance to the venue.

The room was very retro. Location.
Receptionist at arrival insisted to charge in advance, even though that was not the condition when booked. Internet was not working in the room and was not fixed after complaining. They should make it working in the higher floors, too, or lower the price. Afterwards the hotel manager gave us a gratis bike (instead of charging for renting).

Lovely comfortable room and good quality food in the restaurant.Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality.
Although the room itself was excellent it was on the corner of the hotel next to the railway station and tram lines which ran throughout the night, so we didn't get much sleep. The free hotel wifi was down so often it was useless for business purposes (in past years it has been very reliable). We have stayed here several times before and there have been some major changes over the past year, The rooms and public areas have been refurbished which is good but we were disappointed that there are no longer any traditional Czech dishes on the restaurant menu. Also the room rates have increased significantly and it no longer offers value for money.

It's a good hotel for family with small child. Very close tram-stop.
But signifantly far from centre. So-so breakfast.

i like the position of the hotel , the staff and the food!
i like evreything!

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Our room faced a quieter part of the area.
Hand held shower had no holder and rested on the taps. No shower doors or curtains - must be a European thing. Rooms must have common venting and ceilings because we could hear someone singing in the shower and someone coughing loud. Hollow hallway - could hear other unit doors closing. If your room faced the busy street, it was very noisy. No air conditioning.
-
Rooms, including pillows smelt of smoke as people smoke in the hallways, also very noisy with other guests.

Free parking (enough places) clear very good stuff (Me as the pregnant woman even have occupied lux for the same cost) Rolls for a breakfast and a honey pie
Too many ladder steps to get to the Vysegrad poor breakfast (egs every day...) It is faster three stars than four (The price at a discount corresponds But the overall cost is overestimated)

- Easy to acces town, for those passionate for walking, 20 minutes till old city centre, otherwise 10 minutes by tram - clean rooms - supermarket 200 metres away (LIDL) - parking available in from of the hotel - the road traffic in the area is low
- Not a four star hotel, more a three star hotel - some of the staff from restaurant are not so friendly (the lady who is serving in particular), and for the rest the opening to the guests is forced, it shows it not comes from inside..for example, we left at 6 AM, and even if we did not ask they have offered to prepare a breakfast-to-go, but in the morning that did not happen, seems that the kitchen staff arrived late!!! we asked for a knife, that was not available...and so on....good thing we dod not have another requests, i belive we would have received the same NO answer.. - not very good wi-fi, works only in the hotel lobby, not in the 4th floor for sure - we had a room with opening in the back, but i presume the rooms in front are affected by the noise, one tram line and also a train line is passing in from of the hotel, and i could hear them from the back - all the rooms are for nonsmoking - all the above reasons, in my oppinion, are for those very demanding for details, but considering the price and the possition of the hotel as priorit requests, i thing i would book again there

Not that far from the centre.
Very poor cleanliness, the bed sheets were dirty and not changed from previous customers. Some staff were really rude and could hardly speak English. The heating in the room was very bad so the room was very cold. We asked to have a small heater in the room but the answer was No. Not even 'I am sorry we do not have anything that can heat up your room'. Water in the shower was getting cold if someone was using the hot water before! Room service (which room service??) was promised but it is only in the operating times of the breakfast!!! How is this possible? It was nothing like a 4 star hotel. I do not know with which criteria they ranked it as a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was poor and disgusting. We could only drink coffee/tea. I suggest it only for the price but do not expect a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel

Very comfortable stay, handy for public transport and friendly staff. Very enjoyable.
Could of more selection for breakfast menu, but not bad.
-
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Public transportation was located next to the hotel making it very easy to get to the heart of old town and points beyond. We especially liked the ambiance of the hotel. It wasn't as touristy as the places in old town which provided a more local perspective to the city.
No complaints. A very nice experience.
